Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must maintain a current Health Card as required by state/local law.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, understand, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members across shifts.
• Train and develop employees aiming for leadership roles.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Assist with achieving the restaurant’s financial goals (P&L).
• Communicate issues and updates to upper leadership.
