Golden Gate Bell, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee Taco Bell restaurant operations during the shift, lead a team, and ensure 5‑star service while maintaining company standards. This non-exempt, on-site role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills across shifts.

The candidate should be 18+, have 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership, English proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks and SERVSAFE certification. DRG benefits apply.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical requirements: ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform routines.
• Ability to work and manage on busy shifts.

• Provide 5-star customer service to all customers.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; ensure duties are completed on time and appearance is professional.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles and provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals (P&L).
• Keep upper leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
