Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants in Nevada. The Shift Manager (SM) role entails taking on-site accountability, leading a team, delivering 5-star customer service, and managing daily operations as MIC while upholding company standards.

Qualified candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience, pass a SERVSAFE exam, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a non-exempt, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals (Profit & Loss).
• Keep upper leadership informed about on-site issues.
