Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to assist branch management in QSR-style restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, using prescribed policies to make decisions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, supervising associates, contributing to hiring and scheduling, and maintaining safety and cash controls across units as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and close procedures per company policy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates in one or more units.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling and performance decisions to GM.
• Assign tasks and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and cash handling compliance.
