AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts. This role carries full accountability for the restaurant when management is not present, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations.

You will lead training, enforce policies, manage cash and inventory controls, and drive performance across service, operations, and financial results. A reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Provide coaching and training support to team members and ensure adherence to standards.
