Job summary

AES Restaurants is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead the team during assigned shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Able to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct and develop team members for outstanding service.
• Utilize AES systems to run restaurant operations on all shifts.
• Implement cash handling, inventory controls, and other restaurant controls.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
