Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts and maintain guest satisfaction. You will be accountable for operations in the absence of management, leading a team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing cash and inventory controls, and achieving service and financial goals. This role requires reliable transportation and ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it.
