Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a shift manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction while ensuring smooth operation in the absence of management.

The ideal candidate supports training, uses AES systems for cash and inventory controls, and drives performance toward service, efficiency, and financial goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and responsible with a valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Willingness to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Performs bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction during shifts.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run restaurant operations on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
