Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts and guide a team toward delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role carries full accountability for operations when management is not present.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates leadership, and executes training and coaching to achieve high performance across service, safety, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures; stand 8–10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run restaurant operations on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
