Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead the team during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction while taking full accountability when management is not present. Ideal candidates excel in leadership, coaching and maintaining high standards of integrity, safety, and financial controls.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
