AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction and ensuring smooth service when management is not present.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and applying AES systems to run a high-performing restaurant while controlling cash, inventory, and labor costs. Strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Able to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach team members.
