Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts. You will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction while maintaining accountability for daily operations in the absence of management.

Ideal candidates will coach staff, manage cash and inventory controls, and drive performance toward service and financial goals using AES systems. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant effectively.
• Implement cash and inventory controls.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
