Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts. You will hold full accountability for operations when management is not present, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, using AES systems to manage shifts, enforcing cash and inventory controls, and driving service and financial results. Strong leadership and adherence to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification required or capable of obtaining.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
