Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts, maintaining guest satisfaction and smooth service when management is not present.

You will partner with the General and Assistant Managers to drive performance in service quality, safety, inventory controls, and profitability, while coaching staff and enforcing cash and policy controls.
