Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts.

You will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present, including coaching, training, and enforcing cash/inventory controls. The ideal candidate leads with integrity and delivers excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
