Job summary

Avolta is seeking a Manager II (MGRII) at the Memphis area HMSHost airport location to assist branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, following company policies and health and safety rules.

The role requires supervising associates, interviewing and hiring input, scheduling, and enforcing alcohol policies.

Qualifications

Requires at least 4 years of food and beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory orLead experience in Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
Ability to read, write and understand instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

Open, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within unit or group of units.
Ensure compliance with alcohol policies and AB procedures by staff.
Participate in interviews and hiring decisions; recommend promotions or terminations.
Schedule preparation and coverage to ensure shifts are staffed.
Ensure mandated breaks and meals are taken by staff.
Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
Ensure equipment is in good working order.
Handle cash register and cash security per HMSHost policies.
Monitor wellness and safety procedures and report concerns to GM.
