Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in operating high-standard QSR or Casual Dine restaurants. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and ready for business, with oversight of daily activities and adherence to company policies.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, supervise shifts, assist with hiring, scheduling, cash handling, health and safety compliance, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years in food and beverage and customer service.
• Requires minimum 2 years supervisory experience in casual dining or similar.
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow policies and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with all company beverage policies and AB procedures.
