Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support branch management and tactically execute complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards, using prescribed policies for decisions.

The position requires supervising associates, managing schedules, AB policy compliance, and consistent health and safety practices. Rotation across shifts is expected, with reporting to the GM or Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within the unit or group of units.
• Ensure compliance with AB policies and health/safety guidelines.
