HMSHost at MSP Airport seeks a Manager II (MGRII) to assist branch management in tactically executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant operations. The MGRII ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high standards.

The role involves supervising associates, participating in hiring, scheduling, AB policy compliance, safety and cash handling, and reporting to the GM/Director. A varied, on-site schedule is expected across opening, peak, and closing shifts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or POS.
• Ensures compliance with AB policies for alcohol service and staff understanding of procedures.
• Participates in interviewing and provides input on hiring and promotions to GM.
• Assigns tasks, helps prepare schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods are observed.
• Maintains clean, stocked, visually appealing displays and equipment in good order.
• Operates cash register and handles cash per policy.
