Job summary

HMSHost seeks a Manager II to assist Branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant operations. The role ensures a clean, ready-to-work environment, staffed gear, and high operational standards across assigned outlets.

The position requires hands-on supervision, adherence to wellness and safety policies, and involvement in hiring decisions while coordinating with the GM and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or outlets.
• Ensures compliance with AB policies and staff adherence to procedures.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring recommendations, and promotions with the GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods for associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Operates cash register and manages cash handling per policies.
