Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Manager for a Taco Bell location in Bethany, MO. You will be responsible for restaurant operations while on duty and will motivate the team to deliver 5-star customer service to customers and colleagues.

You will lead, coach, and develop staff across shifts, act as Manager-in-Charge, and work with upper leadership to meet financial goals while enforcing standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must read, speak, comprehend and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership in achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Keep upper leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
