Royal City Bell, LLC - Taco Bell franchise in Parkville, MO seeks a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure top-tier guest service. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and adherence to brand standards across all shifts.

On-site position with a focus on training and operational excellence. The Shift Manager will act as MIC, uphold safety and health standards, and contribute to achieving financial goals while maintaining a customer-first culture

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Health Card requirement.
• SERVSAFE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) during shifts and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide 5-star customer service and lead the team to meet targets.
• Train and develop staff across shifts and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and standards and address issues.
• Assist with scheduling and labor to support restaurant profitability (P&L).
