Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, mentor team members, and ensure top-notch guest experiences on every shift. You will guide the squad, train new hires, and drive program rollouts while maintaining MOD’s standards.

You will adapt to restaurant needs, manage deployment, and partner with the GM to ensure safety, service quality, and smooth daily operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food safety certification within 30 days where required.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires, program rollouts and standards.
• Ensure right squad member is in the right place; complete deployment charts and adjust as needed.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts and initiatives.
