Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and mentor new hires.

You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold MOD standards, and support training and program rollouts across the squad. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Mentor or informal leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of enforcing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and train new hires.
• Support program rollouts and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure food safety and adherence to MOD standards during shifts.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and orders as needed.
• Communicate with team and leadership to resolve guest concerns.
