MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold standards that deliver an exceptional MOD experience for guests.

You will mentor the squad, manage deployment, support program rollouts, oversee safety and food handling, and collaborate with management to keep the team engaged during peak hours. This role requires at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train new hires, support program rollouts and uphold standards.
• Model MOD’s purpose and guide squad to deliver great experiences.
• Manage deployment, safety, and food-handling practices during shifts.
• Communicate effectively and resolve guest or squad concerns.
• Handle cash within the shift and assist with inventory when needed.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and stay aligned with leadership.
