Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires, program rollouts, and standards. You will guide the squad, ensure guest experiences, and model MOD’s purpose on every shift.

Responsibilities include deployment, training, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to MOD tools and safety standards. Must be 18+, 1+ year of service experience, and able to work at least 3 shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring or leadership ability.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proven ability to follow processes and coach others compassionately.
• Calm under high volume.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Availability to work at least 18 hours per week across 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift ensuring the right squad member is in the right place and tasks are completed.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad members and support new program rollouts.
• Support restaurant operations and uphold MOD standards and guest experience.
• Use MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety in Back of House and Front of House.
• Listen to concerns and escalate when needed to AM/GM.
• Manage cash within the shift, including making change and refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening, midday, and closing checklists and communicate updates from internal sources.
