The role focuses on planning duties, coaching the team, handling customer issues, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting the General Manager during shifts. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in fast‑food or hospitality preferred.

• Ability to train and motivate a crew and manage shifts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for communication with guests and staff.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and ordering software.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance with procedures and safety protocols.
• Attend to problems during restaurant operation and resolve them.
• Assist the General Manager and lead the team on shift.
• Coach the crew and supervise without direct oversight.
