Job summary

Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager to train, develop and lead the crew, coordinating a smooth end-to-end operation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will plan shifts, supervise procedures, resolve issues, coach the team, participate in training, and ensure sanitation and safety while maintaining guest satisfaction. The position requires English and Spanish, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential and a guest-first mindset.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties for each shift and ensure coverage.
• Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attends and resolves problems in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Verifies customer satisfaction and handles complaints.
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes.
• Open/close the restaurant.
• Assist with inventory (logging).
• Assist with staffing needs.
• Assist with controllables and labor.
• Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards.
