Job summary

Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the crew, train staff, and coordinate end-to-end restaurant operations to deliver exceptional Customer Experience.

You will plan shift duties, verify procedures, coach a team, and assist the General Manager while ensuring food safety and a positive work environment. Strong English and Spanish skills and a willingness to work nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must follow Personal Care and Hygiene policies; ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be over 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems as they appear in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Involve in training of employees on operations.
• Maintain positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Apply continuous improvement mindset to processes.
