Job summary

This role coordinates shift planning, enforces procedures, and supports the General Manager to keep service fast and friendly. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in similar roles, strong leadership, English and Spanish fluency, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Food Handlers Card/ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation.
• Coach and lead a team with no supervision.
• Support General Manager and training of employees.
• Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food prep areas.
• Open/close restaurant and assist with inventory and staffing.
• Handle customer satisfaction and complaints.
• Follows safety rules and policies.
