Velvet Taco in San Antonio seeks a guest-focused leader to manage hourly team members and interact with guests professionally. You will perform opening, mid, and closing duties, handle cash and POS tasks, and resolve guest concerns while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Execute opening, mid, and closing duties per procedures.
• Handle guest concerns and guide toward resolution.
• Perform cash handling, POS setup, comps, voids, and deposits.
• Lead team members, maintain urgency and guest satisfaction.
• Support inventory processes and shelf-life checks.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness during shifts.
• Manage daily prep lists and quality of prepped items.
