Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with high guest volumes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages hourly team members and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional way.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties following standard procedures.
• Handles guest concerns and guides toward positive resolutions.
• Cash-handling, setting up POS drawers, and managing deposits during the shift.
• Maintains food safety standards through line checks and proper storage dating.
• Leads by example to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
