Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team and deliver a positive guest experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages hourly team members and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional way.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties following procedures.
• Handles guest concerns and guides to positive resolutions.
• Performs cash-handling, sets up POS drawers, completes comps and deposits.
• Leads by example to ensure urgent, positive guest experiences.
• Keeps line checks and inventory processes aligned with standards.
