Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a Restaurant Environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on Restaurant needs.
• Possesses a Food Handler's Certification and is comfortable working around food.
• Possesses an Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification and complies with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Hourly Team Members and interacts with Guests in a friendly, professional, and responsive way.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties daily following Velvet Taco’s standard procedures.
• Handles Guest concerns and guides toward a positive resolution.
• Adept at cash-handling, setting up POS drawers, performing comps and voids, and managing deposits during the shift.
• Maintains food safety by line checks and proper storage and expediting prep as needed.
• Leads by example to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient dining space.
