Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin' franchisee, seeks a Shift Leader to guide crew during the assigned shift and ensure a friendly guest experience. You will lead training, assign roles, and drive performance while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will supervise product prep, uphold brand guidelines, and work with a team to deliver fast, accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Competitive team atmosphere and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver.
• Problem solving and decision making based on analysis and judgment.
• Building effective teams by placing the right people.
• Be physically/mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment.
• Lift 30–50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
