Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to manage people and processes during each shift, ensuring a friendly guest experience and adherence to quality standards.

You will lead crew members, set shift expectations, and provide timely feedback while maintaining safety and cleanliness, controlling costs, and supporting training under the direction of the GM or ASM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills are required.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guest needs.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift dynamics.
• Lift 30–50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and guest experience during the assigned shift.
• Lead Crew Members, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and safety standards are met.
• Manage labor costs and stock during the shift.
• Support training and coaching from GM/ASM.
