Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Develop and coach team members during shifts.
• Adhere to brand standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train crew during assigned shift to deliver friendly guest service.
• Manage shift staffing, assign roles, and monitor performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are met.
• Control labor costs and follow cash handling procedures.
• Provide feedback and coaching to crew members.
