Job summary

You will lead by example, follow all guidelines, train new team members, and help develop staff schedules while delivering friendly, fast service to customers and maintaining Jersey Mike's standards.

• Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Communicate with team and management to create schedules, train new employees, and resolve issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally per Jersey Mike's standards and policy.
• Wear uniform and adhere to corporate dress code.
