Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location. You will coach staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensure high-quality food, and uphold Jersey Mike's standards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, following training programs, mentoring others, and enforcing policies. You will lead by example in service, food prep, sanitation, and teamwork in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
