Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coaches staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Produces high quality food and maintains Jersey Mike's standards.
• Delivers the Jersey Mike's experience and handles cash responsibly.
• Follows training programs and develops team members for growth.
• Enforces store policies and procedures; participates in local marketing.
• Builds sales and maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operates in opening/closing duties; ensures proper setup.
• Leads a crew of 2–5; proficient in slicing and food prep.
