Jersey Mike's Subs in Charlotte is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at our location. You will coach staff, help deliver high quality food, and ensure outstanding customer service in line with Jersey Mike's standards.

Primary duties include cash handling, following the training program, developing teammates, enforcing policies, and participating in marketing initiatives while keeping the restaurant clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
