Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.

• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must be able to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be over 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attends and resolves problems in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with no supervision.
• Involves training of employees in operational and technical aspects.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Verify customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Apply continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures.
• Open/close restaurant.
• Assist with inventory logging.
• Assist with staffing needs and labor controllables.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards.
