Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant GM. The role focuses on clear goal communication, product knowledge, cleanliness and strong guest connections during each shift.

You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure adherence to SOPs while driving sales and reducing waste. This position requires leadership experience and a flexible schedule across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members during the shift.
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory and deposits as assigned.
