Job summary

Caribou Coffee Operating Company, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations in partnership with the GM or AGM. You will ensure the team understands goals, products, cleanliness, new directives and guest connections during shifts.

Responsibilities include leading shifts with team engagement, maximizing sales, maintaining SOPs, coaching staff, and handling administrative tasks. The role requires at least 1 year in leadership/retail and availability for varied hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
