Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team on the floor in partnership with the General Manager. You ensure brand standards, product quality, cleanliness, and guest connections during the shift, while maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment.

You will train and coach team members, manage responsibilities, assist with inventory and bank deposits, and help keep the shift running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience or trained to assume Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain flexible availability to support business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with enthusiasm, keeping the team engaged and the shift on track.
• Oversee brand standards, product knowledge, promotions, and guest connections on shift.
• Assist with inventory, bank deposits, and other admin tasks as needed.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, service, and recipes.
