Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to provide overall store leadership in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will guide the team, ensure goals are clear, uphold cleanliness, and connect with guests during the shift.

You will coach and develop Team Members, train on product knowledge and promotions, and manage daily operations such as deposits and inventory while embodying Caribou's core values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Coach and develop Team Members, train on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
