Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Effective communication and coaching skills on the floor

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed
• Train team on role responsibilities and product knowledge
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and deposits
• Provide timely feedback to team to improve performance
