Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will guide the team toward clear goals, quality standards, and exceptional guest connections during shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, inventory, and ensuring SOPs are followed. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a positive, engaged team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead store in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Ensure team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, and guest connections.
• Coach and develop Team Members on responsibilities and SOPs during shifts.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks with integrity (bank deposits, inventory, orders).
• Take ownership of the current and next shift and manage multiple priorities.
