Baskin-Robbins franchise is hiring a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, assign duties, and maintain high standards of guest service during busy shifts. You will motivate the team, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and brand procedures.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced, team-driven environment where strong communication and problem-solving help deliver a welcoming guest experience. Previous supervisory experience in foodservice or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading is required.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Guest focus with problem-solving and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to meet shift goals and standards.
• Assign tasks and communicate responsibilities on shift.
• Provide timely feedback to correct deficiencies.
• Support training as directed by management.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service and a great experience.
• Adjust staffing to meet guest demand and service levels.
• Reinforce use of systems, tools, and procedures during shifts.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
