Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience in our restaurant. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.

Expect to manage shift priorities, train staff as needed, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure all products are prepared to brand specifications while driving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong math and writing abilities are desirable.
• Basic computer skills necessary for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by supporting a respectful team environment and clear communication of shift priorities.
• Work in a team to ensure a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues, and maintain brand standards, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive profitability by helping to meet sales goals, executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, and managing cash over/short during shifts.
